Add chicken FEET to that. Blanch 10 seconds, peel the outer skin off, then lop off the nails at the first joint, about 1/8 inch from tip. Azure Standard has them (organic of course) or get from your old layers when culling. They add a lot of gelatin to the broth which is helpful to all connective tissue. I was amazed at the difference a few little feet make. When its cold you will see how much more solid it is.
Also can your broth! When you are under the weather nothing beats opening a jar and adding a few veg and some noodles for soup. It is an excellent restorative with 5 minutes of work and 20 minutes on simmer.
